**All flights will be cancelled at Taipei CKS International Airport until 1400 Taipei time on 1 NOV 2000
**Due to the typhoon, Taiwanese domestic airline Far Eastern Air Transport will cancel all flights today
**No China Airlines aircraft was involved in the crash -- China Airlines.
