AirCanadaSFO Might Become DeltaSFO

That's right, Delta Air Lines just offered me a job as a Customer Service Rep and I think I might take it. If, down the road, I ever get on with DAL as a pilot, I'd have the best seniority of my class because I'd have the earliest date of join.

I'm not 100% there yet, but I think I'm going to take the job.

The username doesn't sound right at the moment, but I'm sure it would grow on me  

Hey, quick question, were you working the Air Canada counter at SFO around 11pm last Sunday (10/29)? If so you probably saw me running at high speeds past the counter on the way to Concourse A to meet my neighbor's US Airways flight from Pittsburgh

Hey TWA, they're headquartered in Atlanta, the Capital of the South. My political beliefs would fit right in!

Kai, I was probably leaving or had left minutes before. When flight 754 to YYZ is airborne we leave. And that's usually around 10:40 or 10:45.

OK, I probably still saw you though... I was at SFO since 8:47 and stayed until 11:45, I passed by the counter several times   I got to see Cathay Pacific's A340 and took a couple of shots (I hope they come out) It's slightly odd that Cathay dumps the passengers off at the International Terminal then moves over to Concourse E (AA) to pick up passengers... why can't they just use British Airway's space? (well this will all change come Dec. 10 I guess)

I just went to Delta to accept the offer. One week of orientation here at SFO, then two weeks in ATL or SLC of general training, then another week or two here at SFO on the job, then another two weeks away of ticketing training. After that, I can learn gates and work there, since that's where the real fun is.

It's going to feel weird to put in two weeks notice at Air Canada!

So, as of now, my new username is DeltaSFO.
