LOT/EuroLOT Difference

what is the difference between LOT and EuroLOT?
last year I saw this ATR wearing both LOT and EuroLOT
marks - why?

Lot and Euro Lot is like American and American Eagle. Euro Lot is the reginal subsidary of LOT.

Eurolet is- as avion mentioned- the regional subsidary of LOT. They are doing a very good job in Europe serving the regional routes where a 737 of LOT would be too costly or simply too big. In Germany they serve most of the non hub airports with the ATR or the Empraer.
