Thanksgiving Flights To Europe

Sun Nov 05, 2000 4:53 am

I was checking prices for flights to Europe (from ATL) for Thanksgiving, and ver the last two weeks, the prices have gone down about 20%. Are flights to Europe usually quite empty on Thanksgiving as everyone is with their family, or what gives? I am seriously considering taking a flight with these prices!

The last few years, we have chosen to do just the same.

This year its JFK-FCO-JFK 22-26 nov. Last year was Barcelona, and before that
it was Brussels. But the rush at the Airport is just the same. We start 4 hours
before the flight to make it from UWS to JFK.

45 minutes to get to any of the Queens bridges/tunnels

Ahlfors: I read your second message a few times ? I'm talking about
all international flights - They were nearly full from JFK but empty coming
back. I do *not* know about ATL.
