Have I Missed Something (Delta B747 400)?

Sat Nov 11, 2000 3:36 am

I got this from airliners daily news:

Delta Air Lines (Atlanta) introduced the new Boeing 747-400 ER on their transcontinental routes on November 1. The first official flight took off as DL1169 from Atlanta to San Francisco with N831MH. The new type is gradually replacing the remaining TriStars. In other news, the company will add nonstop Boeing 757-200 flights from the Cincinnati hub to San Juan on December 1.

This just cannot be true or was I sleeping for the past 5 years?

I just read that too. It's obviously a misprint and they meant the 767-400ER.

It's definitely an error...glad I'm not the only one who caught that! If you look at the registration, N831MH, that's a 767-432ER.

Misprint, I emailed them as probably others did to inform them.
