There's 3 - pending how you want to measure them.
Longest in miles
Longest in length of time
Longest non-stop both directions year round.

RE: Which Is The World's Longest Non Stop Flight?

SAA 747, I believe the longest flight in the world at the moment is SAA flight from ATL-JNB. It is about 8200 statute miles one-way done non-stop.
The longest in terms of time is the HKG-ORD non-stop that clocks in at about 15 1/2 hrs. non-stop. It is also the longest non-stop that is flown year round. This flight has been known to take over 16 hrs. non-stop at times depending on the winds. It leaves Chicago as a weight restricted flight. Hope these answer your qusetions
