Or maybe, since people go to Kansas City to flee our high fares, Kansas City would be my hometown airport!

We need a low-fare carrier!

Well LAX is to numerous to name, the big players are UA, AA, DL, NW, WN, Skywest, AA Eagle, AS and hopefully TW. Mexicana, Aeromexico and QANTAS are large for int'l airlines.

BUR is so boring...AA, AS, HP, WN, UA!!!

Hey Dash8 I go to PDX a lot and I've seen Ameriflight and Cargolux. Is AS/QX the largest carrier in PDX? No one seems to really know who the biggest is.

Sorry to say, but AA does not fly to Singapore Changi. Also, one airline that you did not include in your list is Finnair, which most definately flies to SIN. Looks like the website info is way out of date.

Here at RAP (Rapid City, SD) we have...big shock coming...  four airlines:

United Express-Air Wisconsin with BAe 146 and Do328
Northwest Airlink-Mesaba with Saab 340
Northwest (only carrier that operates non-RJ jet equipment out of RAP) with DC9-30 and -40
SkyWest with CRJ

...and this is the second-largest city in the state!

Ok, well here in paradise, Perth (PER) Western Australia, where not a lot happens and when it does it's laid back, the following RPT operators can be found:

Air Mauritius
Air New Zealand
Ansett Australia (Domestic & Int'l)
Cathay Pacific Airways
Garuda Indonesia Airways
Malaysia Airline System
Maroomba Airlines (Regional)
National Jet Systems (Regional)
Qantas (Domestic & Int'l)
Qantas Airlink (Regional)
Royal Brunei
Singapore Airlines
Skywest (Ansett Regional)
South African Airways
plus Brittania Airways (International Charters)

Code shares:
Air Zimbabwe (Qantas)
British Airways (Qantas)
Lufthansa (Thai)

Notable departures:
British Airways (now QF code share)
Sempati (Collapsed in tune with the Indonesian economy)
Air India (Poor yields)

National Jet Systems actually operates Qantas Airlink services with NJS equipment (BAe146) branded in QF colours. However, at times in the past it has operated some regional (and international - Broome to Denpasar) services in its own right. It also has a number of contracts with mining companies for regular non-public services (using BAe RJ) for those companies' "fly in-fly out" operations. So I've included it on the list.

I think that's all the scheduled carriers (IATA and no IATA) If not, let me know!!! I don't mind being corrected.

Ansett Australia (AN) does not normally fly to Singapore or Toronto.

They do have codeshare ops with SQ to SIN, and do fly their 744s for heavy maintenance there, but I don't think they even have codeshare ops at Toronto.

Cheers,

Justin

My hometown (Rochester, New York) handles 2.5+ million pax per year. The airlines are as follows:

A Concourse--US Airways, Delta, JetBlue
B Concourse--United, American, Northwest, Continental, Midway, Air Canada

Nine airlines. AC is regional only; all others except JetBlue and Midway include regional affiliates.

I am also an aviatio n lover originally from karachi(KHI). In addition to the airlines mentioned by AiRMALE.. in cargo Air France and Cargo Lux also operate to KHI. Just until a few years ago British Airways, Lufthansa,Tarom, Air France, Phillipine airlines also operated to KHI. I am not sure if Airmale has mentioned Thai but it also currently operates a A330 service to KHI. I have heard UA might start soon.
