Marana Airlfield

Again and again I read here about planes being "recycled" at Marana airfield in Arizona. Also the pictures look quite impressive. Does anyone know if this aircraft cemetery can still be visited, if you can buy aircraft parts there etc...

I went there just under 2 years ago. When I attempted to enter, I was very quickly told there was no way I could enter by the guard station (yes there is one!). They keep new planes waiting for delivery there and it is a base for Evergreen Intl Airlines, so I would assume that is why they have the tight security. I have heard you can fly in there (as it is a civilian airport) though.
