It looks like that because, in this cargo aircraft, they have to have a special place with fresch air, pressurized cabin, and all of the others amenity.

It's the lower deck crewrest area on Airbus A340. It is accessed from a flight of stairs that descend from the main deck through the ceiling of the rest area. The door you can see in the photo is an emerg exit door. Flight attendants use this area, the Flt Dk crew have their own compartment behind the Flt Dk.
