TWA has for some time now been rhumored to want to open up STL-NRT, however I don't believe any of their planes, including ETOPS 767-200 could make it. If this supposed widebody order includes 777-200, TWA would be able to run the service. I think they have the authority but not the slots. Once the new runway at NRT is completed, that problem may be alleviated.
Technically, TWA flies to Asia with daily service from JFK-TLV and CAI-RUH.
