Who Is VZ And JT?

Wed Jan 17, 2001 5:03 am

Browsing through Kuala Lumpur's online schedules I came across these two carriers...

1. VZ operating as VZ096/VZ097 flying BAH-KUL-SYD return - anyone recognise this code? Is it a charter service going on to Europe?

2. JT operating up to 6 flights a day into Medan, Jakarta and Surabaya. Is this Lionair of Indonesia?

Cheers for any help...

ps...Malaysian Airports have reported a boost in passenger & cargo traffic from Jan-Oct 2000 and forecasts booming traffic for 2001 despite British Airways' imminent departure.

Hello

VZ is Airtours International

JT is Lion Airlines

I know Airtours is a British Charter Airline, but I've
never heard of Lion Airways!
Hope this helps you.
