The day before yesterday, my mum called Cathay Pacific on their hotline and was told that the Customer Services Officer was busy and was told to wait. The CX music was then played again and again. I came home 45 minutes into the wait and took a nap. When I woke up, she told me the officer finally got the phone after.....2 Hours and 6 Minutes according to the counter on the phone!
