Castaway The Movie- BiG WiNdoWs!?

Sun Jan 21, 2001 7:04 pm

Ok I saw castaway yesterday and when he has been found and is returning on a plane there is a shot of the windows. I swear these were the biggest windows I have ever seen, and also I thought they had to regulate this window size for cabin pressure or somehting?

What type of plane was this. Thanks

I think the aircraft he returned on was a Gulfie - can't say what model though.

(The aircraft which actually crashed was an MD11F - recognised the cockpit. Earlier cockpit footage was shot in the cockpit of an A300).
