A Question Regarding SQ Incident At MEL>

Wed Feb 07, 2001 8:33 pm

I want to place a question regarding the emergency landing of SQ228.

Do airplanes always involve with incidents in the air that require them to land the plane immediately?
Coz once in a while I see from the news thats smoe flights needed to be landed immediately for some sort of reasons?
Especially for SQ, after the SQ6 accident, the letters for SQ emergency problems on the papers are extremely big~!!

Does this always happen to other planes that we don't know?
