I just wonder what happened to the first of BAs 747-236B-fleet, G-BDXD in "Blue Poole"(Dolphin)-colours, that was retired about ayear ago. BA´s site says it has been sold. But to whom?

G-BDXD has been decommisioned. It's last flight was BA298 on Dec 4th, 1999 (ORD-LHR). It was then ferried to Cardiff on Dec 7h as BA9180P. TT 91812 hrs, 14912 landings. Afterwards ferried CWL-ROW on Dec 17th as BA9184P.

I once flew the 'Glider' to Chicago. This 747 which went through some volcanic ash over Indonesia I think and all it's engines failed!! I wonder if it is still in service??
