I think Ozark now has at least three jets in its fleet if it is starting to fly Des Moines-Columbia. Right now they currently operate DFW-Columbia, Columbia-ORD, and they are about to start up DFW-Taos. Yikes, I didn't know they had so many planes. I'm wrong. But still if they do have 4, they are dedicating 25% of their fleet to Access Air, so there has to be some change to their business plan. I mean they didn't order 4 planes to use three and lease out one. Could they have?
The computers systems shows that Ozark has pulled MDW-COU/JLN..but are keeping DFW-COU.so there is your answer.. i think it will be good for OZARK..I Recommend that they also do feed for Vanguard in KC..Hurry up and order more 328's , OZARK
I don't think that was their original biz plan at all. I'm not sure about the 4 plane amount. I'm going to have to look that one up (I know I said that already but I've been busy with all this Valentine's Day B.S.) Did they really pull out of MDW-COU? That probably means they are going to run the DSM-MDW route then with one of the planes. They can easily run 3 flights a day with one plane and have the other 2 run COU-DFW and DFW-Taos. With an average of 28 pax a flight out of DSM, they should do well with those 328's. Anyway, you could technically fly AccessAir to all those destinations (LAS,LAX, etc.) with their interline agreement with ATA. Fly ZA to MDW, connect to TZ to wherever they fly.
