Caribbean Charters..what Do I Need?

Hi there!!
I'm a low time pilot with aspirations of moving to the caribbean to fly for a charter service with in the next 3 years. What type of hours are the small carrier services looking for. I'm also curious to know what the pilot turn over time is so I can begin my planning.

Single pilot operations will require a minimum ATP and at least 200 hrs in an Aztec or similar multiengine type aircraft. If you have a multi seaplane rating the hours can be a lot less.
