A380 On UK Channel 4 Tonight.

Mon Feb 19, 2001 11:23 pm

check out 'Building the Biggest' on UK's Channel 4 tonight at 8pm.

From my TV guide -

A new series of three films about the biggest man-made objects in the world begins with the new Airbus super-jumbo. This is the double decker that will hold more than 550 passengers and include a bar, library, and various leisure areas. Boeing is developing a rival, and the film is shot at both sites.

Might be worth a look for all the UK residents of this forum........

Notice from their wbsite www.channel4.com they call it the A3XX and not the A380. It's not looking too hopeful so far!

Video set. I'm off to Croydon (Fairfield Hall) for a night of aviation documentaries from the 20s (Imperial Airways etc) on the big screen. It starts in half an hour and I'm still on Airliners.net in Epsom! Oh shit.

Great program. Could have been more detailed and went into the mock up but good enough for me

If anyone wants copies just send me £10. I recorded the program!
