Short Hull A380?

I assume you mean Short Haul, and yes, Airbus have talked about an A3XX-100S.

As for those who thought the topic was about a hortened A380, yes, they have studied one of those too (A3XX-50, which I now think will be the A380-700)

It will only be exercise on the paper. There won't be any mkt for a short-range a380. 744D is only used by ANA and JAL, but not any other airlines. Since ANA and JAL are boeing's tradtional customers, so I don't think they will buy short range A380 even Airbus has planned it.

I think it would be great if the A380 flies the SFO-LAX route that is if United is smart enough to buy the A380.  Big grin
Bring back the Concorde

i would say maybe 800 or have everyone be crammed in there becasue it;s such a short flight
