Getting The Most Leg Room On Flights

Sun Feb 25, 2001 7:44 pm

I am flying Gatwick - Paphos in a month or so and as they are a charter airline, and my expeance yesterday on a Virgin Express flight I would like to get the best leg room possible on my 4 hour flight.

The aircraft will be a 757 so, I know I can get a seat in the front rowm nice leg room but, can I see the TVs on the ceeling? from them

Secondly, I could get a seat by one of the emergency exit doors.

What would you do? or what have you done before to get extra leg room?

Is their another option?

I would appreciate any help on this one

Do you have to be 16+ or 18+ to sit on an exit row?

Exit row is the only choice. If you're tall, male and healthy, show up VERY early at the check-in counter and ask. I've actually been asked by the check-in counter agent if I would like the emergency exit seat instead of having to ask due to my tallness.
