During a soccer match at Jamaica's national stadium just over an hour ago, the national airline Air Jamaica did a fly by at such a low altitude then banked left and flew away. This I understood was to lend support to the national football ( for others soccer) team who went on to win the game over the visiting Trinidadians. This isn't the first time that Air Jamaica has done this and it seemingly has become a pretty normal thing. The crowd at the game erupted in cheers when the aircraft did it's fly by and waved flags as a symbolic you gesture in return. What is your take on this type of activity? Are you against it or are you ok with it?
As for the equiptment it was possibly an A310 or 320.

Here in the USA, we like military aircraft flybys at sporting events. For example, when I lived in Columbus, OH, they inaugurated a new stadium for the soccer team there with a flyby of F-16s from the Ohio Air National Guard.

I wonder if they'll have some KS Air National Guard or MO ANG planes fly over at the US vs. Costa Rica game here at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City? Here's an idea, they should have a formation flyover with F-16s and an airliner in a formation!!!!

Brilliant, I think Southwest should do a fly-by with Lone Star One just before kick-off of the Texas-OU game at the Cotton Bowl.

QF sponsor the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix which will be held again this weekend. Shortly before the start on Sunday a QF 744, (probably the one in the special GP colorscheme) will do a low flyover of the track.
