Busiest Int'l Routes, Outside NYC

Thu Mar 08, 2001 1:50 pm

New York City airports aside, anyone know what are the busiest US international routes (I'm not including Canadian routes, though they are most sure the most popular)? Here are some I would think are quite busy. Obviously, I would figure most of them outisde of New York City are from MIA and LAX. A lot of my guesses are from MIA because I know alot of the frequencies:

LAX-NRT
LAX-MEX
LAX-HKG
SFO-NRT
BOS-LHR/LGW
BOS-CDG
DTW-AMS
ATL-MEX (with that whole DL/AeroMexico partnership)
MIA-LHR/LGW (4 daily; 744, 742, two 772; according to MIA's website, BA is the dominant passeger carrier in MIA's Concourse A, although the other airlines in the concourse are VX, LA, LP, SR, TA, and TK)
MIA-CDG (3 daily; 772, two 774)
MIA-CCS (58 weekly)
MIA-MEX (77 weekly)
MIA-MAD (3 daily; 763, 742, A340; Iberia plans more soon)
MIA-NAS (239 weekly)
