From what I have heard the 727 will be used until all the A320's arrive. I know that once the A320 are all in service the 727 will stick around as spare a/c. Just incase a 320 goes mechanical. New aircraft need time to get the bugs worked out of them before they can be 100% reliable. RootsGirl can probably confirm this! The A330 C-FBUS will be a Roots machine as will and ex-LTU bird as Embrarer145 mentioned. Both aircraft are to be ready for June, I think.
As for the colour scheme I think it is very distinctive and professional looking - Clear and Crisp.
