Fri Mar 16, 2001 6:31 pm

Dutch radiostations reported today that the 1999 collision between a RNAF F16 and a civil Piper Cub was caused due to the fact that the female F16 fighter pilot didn't give the right of way to the Piper. The bad weather was the main problem during the crash which happened in the Netherlands. Two people of the Piper were killed. The F16 pilot survived the collision.
