Your Miles

How many miles have you flown? If you're anything like me, (I haven't ever kept an official log) approximation is fine. Most of you probably have frequent flyer programs that keep track of your mileage.

I would venture to say that I'm between 1.5 and 2 million miles. I get this high number only because I have averaged about 60 trips per year.

It's too bad non-revs can't participate in frequent flyer programs  Smile

I love America. I guess that makes me Bush's poodle, but I'd rather be a dog in New York City than a prince in Riyadh.

My background is pretty similar to yours - mom is a former F/A and dad flies for an international carrier (retiring this October though) - so it stands to reason that my miles are in the same range!

I kept a log book through my first million miles (age 15), but then gave up. Been averaging over 100k for the last few years, so I figure I'm pretty damn close to 2 million.

BTW, I'm one of the few folks who actually have Elite status as well as non-rev priviledges at the same time! Of course, if my non-rev miles counted......

I estimate about 100,000 miles flown to date...with about 30,000 more planned...
