Got Blasted Today By A 747...

Today a friend of mine and I flew down to LAX for the day. We just hung around the airport and stuff, but we walked to one end of the airport, don't know which direction, on the Southwest terminal side right by Sepulveda Ave. We found a spot where all the Limo and Charter Bus drivers sit and wait for calls, but it's at the very edge of the runway where the planes are landing. Anyways this Malaysia 744 came in incredibly low (as well as all the other planes) but he had more of a tilt then the other ones, so his engines after he flew over us were pointed at us, and we got blasted with a strong hot wind which blew over our video camera, and yes it broke. But anyways it was sorta funny...so yeah, if you want to get close to planes, go to this spot. You can see your reflection (literally) in the AA's that fly over you.

cool, that sounds just amazing! If only flights were THAT cheap in the UK for us to be able to do that!!!

I got blasted by my wife yesterday when I forgot to take the rubbish out !!!

You can get blasted in Moscow Sheremetyevo. I stood there for about an hour, nothing big came just 737s and Tu154s It sure was loud
