Does somebody know how I get from Brussels in Quito (Ecuador)? There is no direct flight between the two cities so I'm looking for the planes I have to take...
Please help me...

You can go to Amsterdam first and fly KLM.
They have a direct flight to Quito.

A fast and direct: Iberia to Madrid and then a nonstop A340 to Quito.

I had to fly Lima-Brussels and had the same dilemma.

I took Iberia via Madrid.

Service on the A340 service was outstanding and it is a quick and efficient way to get to Brussels.

Quito is one of the world's most challenging airports to fly into and whatever airline you do it with, make sure it's in daylight. Although KLM leaves later at night (well, at 2350 or so), it gets into UIO at around 9.30 in the morning. Iberia gets in at about 5.30-6, but if there's any delay or diversion, you could end up landing at night and remember the name of the country - Ecuador - it gets dark relatively early!

Whichever way you choose should be fun anyway, and don't forget a trip report!

Also bring lots of aspirin as you are almost certain to get a headache from the high altitude of Quito. Enjoy the city and the people, both are great.
