Which Airline Has The Best Benefits?

Fri Apr 27, 2001 7:48 am

While perusing the JetBlue website last night, I noticed that the company only matches the first 3% of an employee's 401K contributions...seems pretty puny when you think about it. How does that stand up to the rest of the industry? Who has the best flight/insurance/retirement/profit sharing benefits?

I've worked with three different carriers in my lifetime.
American...pretty good benefits & perks.
BAXI...so-so stuff, but you pay thru the nose for it.
Frontier...please avoid this so-called airline as an employee. Regards.
