First Eurowings CRJ In Service

Thu May 03, 2001 2:35 am

Hi everybody.

Today I saw Eurowings' first CRJ on the STR-AMS route. D-ANIK was all white, only EW-titles and EW-logo on the tail. Still it looked really good! (Unfortunately I have neither a scanner nore a digital camera, so I can't share my pics with you)  Sad

Does anybody know where EW's CRJ come from? I don't think these are new aircraft - otherwise they would probably wear full EW-colours?!

Best regards,

Cool, great news. Didn't even know they were gonna get these.
Also welcome to the forums since you are pretty new here.
Nice to see someone from STR here !!

Cheers,

afaik, as long as Eurowings doesn´t get the CRJs being bought through lufthansa, they utilize leased ones, so i´m sure the one you saw was a leased CRJ, which could explain the all-white livery...

I just put "D-ANIK" into the a.net-search engine, and this is the result:
