Air France To Operate Leased 744LRF

AF will lease two 747-400 Long Range Freighters from ILFC to be in service by 2004, in other news, in its summer schedule the airline is operating ten cargo 747F flights a week to Karachi going on to Mumbai, Chennai, Hong Kong and Taipei in the East and Beirut and Paris in the West Smile

From airlinersonline.com, Air France Cargo have signed a definitive agreement to acquire(what happened to the lease from ILFC?) two Boeing Longer-Range 747-400F with the first one due in October 2002.The pair will be operated to Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Hong Kong and Bangkok, so will AF now have four 744LRF's Confused
