I will, in August. A Waco YMF-5 biplane. Special occasion is my 40th birthday. I decided to treat myself to a "once-in-a-lifetime" thrill like this.  Wink/being sarcastic I'll be spending 150 bucks for a 40-minute flight. Regards.

Never flown with it but I've seen planes like this fly at an airshow  Smile/happy/getting dizzy.

The closest I have come was a Boeing PT-17 Stearman; I received a certificate for the ride as a birthday present some years ago. Like the Waco, the big Boeing is an open-air biplane powered by a big, round (and L - O - U - D) engine. I believe the Waco (like the Buecker Jungmeister) has aerobatic capability; the Stearman I flew on did not. Nevertheless, riding in an open cockpit of a 50-year-old airplane was quite a thrill, an experience I have not forgotten.
