SAN - BWI On Continental

Hello,
I am flying from san diego to baltimore next week on continental in order to go to washington d.c. any suggestions? Also, has anybody gone to wahington d.c. through baltimore. if so, are there trains or what is the best way to get from the airport to d.c. i think that i am going to make several stops including lax.

You are probably flying through Houston or Cleveland, right?

Anyways to get to the district from BWI once you collect your bags procede to the lower curb and take the shuttle bus to the BWI rail station. There you can get a ticket on MARC or Amtrak into DC Union Station... this is about $22. You could also take Super Shuttle to their downtown DC station, but that would be more expensive.

If you have some time on your hand, I would tell you to conect through IAH and then fly IAH-EWR on their 777, and then fly EWR-BWI. It should be the same price, if you dont mind the added conection, but the 777 flight will be worth it.
