Mesa Airlines Announces Service from Cincinnati
PHOENIX, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Mesa Airlines, Inc., a subsidiary of Mesa Air Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: MESA - news), today announced that effective July 8, it would begin offering service to six cities from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. From its new location in Cincinnati, Mesa will operate two trips daily to Knoxville, TN and three trips daily to Nashville, TN; Washington, D.C. (Dulles); Chicago, IL (Midway); St. Louis, MO and, pending Canadian government approval, Toronto, Canada. The Washington Dulles, St. Louis and Toronto service will be operated by Mesa's state of the art Canadair Regional Jet (CRJ) aircraft. The other markets will be served with Beech 1900 turboprop aircraft.

To introduce passengers to the new service, Mesa will offer the lowest unrestricted one way ``Freedom Fares'' of $99* for each segment for all cities served. This fare will be available on every seat on every flight for an introductory period. The flights will be offered under the Mesa 'YV' code and can be booked through the Company's website at http://www.mesa-air.com/ or by calling Mesa's toll-free reservation line at 1-800-637-2247.

The service will be expanded from the initial six cites as aircraft availability and market demand permit. Mesa operates 47 regional jet aircraft, some of which could be made available to pursue a hub in the Cincinnati region. Mesa Air Group also operates 79 turboprop aircraft.

The new operation will initially require approximately 200 employees.
