Does Anyone Know Anything About Express One?

Thu May 31, 2001 3:24 pm

I am having alot of trouble finding information about Express One. I can't find a website, address, or phone number. I know some of the airports Express One flys into but none of the Airports webpages acknowleges that the Airline Exists. I think it is mainly a cargo airline. This information would be very helpful to me if anyone could help me.

wasn´t that an american airline?????? i don´t believe it still exists, but i´m pretty sure remembering someone telling me he flew FRA-SFO on a DC-10 by express one a couple of years ago...
i´d say that was some american charter airline, but i´m not sure...

They had dc9s too. They looked just like the old USAir paint job with the tail writing rubbed out!

Now adays I believe Express Airlines One flies the CRJ's for Northwest Airlines. I may not be right but on NW's webhsite it says that Express One flies their CRJ's
Nightmare 68, Fargo Tower, Runway 36, Fly Runway Heading, Mantain 10,000, Cleared For Takeoff, Change To Departure

There is Express One, a freight outfit flying 727s out of DFW. They have been in some financial trouble lately and a few of their crews have actually come over to Express I, a fully owned Northwest Airlink carrier. Flies Saab 340s and CRJs out of MEM, DTW, and in late July MSP. There website is www.nwairlink.com.
As for Express One I know they have a website, just don't know their address. They fly on demand so they fly to numerous airports, no set schedules.

Hi,

Express One is a cargo airline flying B727's. They used to fly passenger charters but now are strictly cargo. They are based out of Dallas and handle mainly US cargo and mail. They have a large presence at AUS as I have seen 5-8 727's on the ground at the same time on many occasions. The call sign of the airline is "Longhorn" (LHN)
