Hapag Lloyd All Boeing?

Tue Jun 19, 2001 4:05 am

Does anybody know if Hapag Lloyd Flug of Germany will go all Boeing and replace it's A310s with the 767 (probably then 767-400) or will they go for the even larger A330-200?

Last year I heard that HF had already placed an order for the A330-200 but when Preussag announced the aquisition of Thompson Travel/Britannia these plans were obviously shelved. A widebody-order will be for all three carriers involved, Corsair, Britannia and Hapag-Lloyd.
