Hi,

There's been quite alot about Blue Fox on a.net, so if you do a serch you'll find more.

The proposed British 100% business class airline, Blue Fox has announced it's plans on their website http://www.bluefoxairlines.com

This is taken from the website:
-----------------------------------

Our Vision-
-Superb business class travel
-Provided at economy prices
-For transatlantic travellers
-Unique one class Boeing 767-300 ER aircraft
-Operating from London Stansted Airport
-Twice-daily flights to New York
-Daily flights to Boston, Washington, San Francisco and Los Angeles

Welcome to the future of business air travel. Blue Fox Airlines are set to revolutionise the way business executives fly across the Atlantic.

Designed with the regular business traveller in mind, Blue Fox Airlines will provide a one class cabin service - all business class - within an economy fare structure. Existing business class passengers can fly Blue Fox and make savings of up to three quarters on the fares they currently pay. Travellers currently flying economy class can upgrade to Blue Fox's superb business class at little or no extra cost. All tickets will be fully flexible without restriction.

The launch of Blue Fox Airlines will establish a scheduled twice-daily service between London Stansted Airport and JFK New York. The first route will operate in March 2002. Future routes include daily return flights to four other key US business destinations: Boston, Washington, Los Angeles and San Francisco.

A team of highly experienced airline and business executives with proven track records will ensure Blue Fox offers outstanding levels of comfort and service both on the ground and in the air.

Groundside, the exclusive Blue Fox lounge is a comfortable and peaceful environment in which to work or relax, with stream lined boarding access.

In the air, our quiet, modern Boeing 767 aircraft feature unique seating configurations ensuring optimum space and comfort. Guests can rely on the provision of state of the art business and entertainment facilities including laptop power points and individual DVD audio and video players.

For the time conscious, Blue Fox offers an executive helicopter link between London Stansted, the centre of London and provisional towns. A chauffer service to and from our own terminal is available to Blue Fox guests who also receive a special rate on the Stansted Express. A baggage collection and delivery service allows Blue Fox to transport your luggage between home, the hotel or your office.

The Blue Fox philosophy is a simple one:

"To create a quality air service that recognises guests as individuals. To consistently provide an excellent service on the ground and in the air at an affordable price."

I don't think they'll get much traffic.... for one they are operating from Stansted and LHR has ALWAYS been the major business-traffic airport. Even Gatwick would have been a better option.

Their principals are wonderful and I like alot of what I see, but I just think it won't last long.. cute name though!
