America West Begins Raleigh-Durham Service

America West announces today that they will begin 2 daily nonstops from Phoenix to Raleigh-Durham on October 28. The new service will use Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. For more specifics on the new service, visit:

This should be a successful market. A lot of us in PHX are very happy to see this.

This market already sees several direct one-stop flights (AA, DL, and WN). Certainly this is a good choice and better now since it is likely both Southwest and Midway would be looking to start as well.
Stop drop and roll will not save you in hell. --- seen on a church marque in rural Virginia
