Smoker Europe To US

Sat Jun 30, 2001 9:02 pm

Does anyone knows an Airlines (except Condor, where you also have the same space like in an cigarette box) who offers smoker seats between Europe / US.
And does anyone understand why all Airlines do not longer offer the possibility to smoke. They have nearly everything in they sky ( bars, PTV`s, massage etc...) and when you have a look what they "will" offer on a A380.

But simple to enjoy live (o.k. it`s shorter then) and smoke an good cigarette after meal - impossible.

Pls. don’t tell me because of non-smoker, there are enough possibilities that they don’t got any breath of "smoked air" (separated due Galleys etc..)

Non smoking Flight attendants who worked back when smoking was permitted are now being diagnosed with cancer, the air is stale enough on long flights.

If you need a nicoteen fix try dipping or chew, just don't get your spit on your neighbors.

Sorry TWA@FRA, the FAA have banned smoking on all flights in/out of the USA.

Judging by the law suits against the tobacco companies, I can see why the airlines aren’t objecting.

Isn't smoking allowed on Aeroflot? I recall reading an article recently where it was a big legal issue, because the U.S. doesn't have jurisdiction over a foreign carrier once that foreign carrier is outside of the U.S. So Aeroflot sued and said they should be allowed to permit smoking on their flights. Anyone know the outcome?

You write of an oxymoron............
a good cigarette, there is no such thing !!
Cigarettes and tobacco kill millions of people
each year........if you use tobacco or smoke you
are simply killing yourself little by little, day by day.
I know because my Dad died of lung cancer and he
had quit smoking for 20 need some help and you need to get it quick !!
Try using a stop smoking patch or go to your doctor!
You are addicted !!
