AA A300 Flight

I heard, but wasnt sure if it was true that an American A300 flew into Heathrow on thursday.
Is this true?

AA fly A300's everyday of every week of month of every year into LHR, so yes, one did fly to LHR on THURS

LGW is right, BOS-LHR-BOS is an A300-600. You'll see them for a while until they will be replaced by 767s on transatlantic routes.

The American A300 you saw could also be coming from JFK, that's another point from which American flies A300's to London. Out of the 6 daily roundtrips JFK-LHR-JFK, 2 of them are A300's.
You'll see the A300's on transatlantic flights for two more years at most.
