Questions About Taag Angola

Mon Jul 09, 2001 7:59 am

I'm wondering if anyone knows if TAAG Angola still operates IL-62Ms, and if so, to what destinations? I'm also wondering if they still fly the Luanda-Ilha do Sal-Havana route.

Unfortunately, their web site http://www.taag-airlines.com is very dated, and shows last year's summer schedule.

I also know that the airline had temporarily suspended service to Rio de Janeiro for awhile because if technical problems with one of their 747s. Has this been restarted?

And yes, TAAG do restarted Luanda-Rio de Janeiro's 1x weekly 74D service.
