QF Backflip: PER-NRT Flights Stay

Fri Jul 13, 2001 4:41 pm

Well, well, well: Qantas has actually listened to the public outcry and has relented on its decision to route PER-NRT flights via SYD.

However, the WA governement has in returned promised to market the route for Qantas at its own expense.

I just wonder if other governments, such as the SA govt. had made such a fuss, whether other cut routes may have been retained, simply to save QF face.
