Why don't the airlines fix larger lavatories on their planes? Is this a regulation issue? Expansion and imporvement has touched every part of airplanes cabins, except the toilets. Why?

Good Day!

Larger toilets means less room for seats means fewer passengers means higher prices means fewer passengers etc. The toilets on the A330 are far larger than those on the A300 so I'm sure the airlines do consider it. From recent experiences of large Airbuses the toilets at the front have larger cubicles than those at the back due to the shape of the fuselage.
