I don't know... it's possible, I suppose, but there's a question of how likely or how soon it would be.
For one thing, they're operating YHM-YYC, YEG-YHM and also YYC-YOW with 73G equipment, and YYC-YQR/YXE-YOW flights are scheduled to be operated by the third aircraft when it arrives. This gives at least a few months timespan before they can operate YVR or YXX, but even then, is it the most likely? Granted, they're going about the eastern network in a slow, careful manner, but I think they'll have to worry about continuing building some eastern network as well. I guess in the end it may come down to whether route planners decide that marketshare at YVR is more important than eastern expansion, but IMO they can cover YVR with a YYC stop for the time being, and should look at network expansion and improving YYC-YOW/YHM schedules (ie- right now there's a YYC-YHM return flight, but also one that goes YYC-YOW-YHM-YYC, which needs a loop in the opposite direction IMO).
