Official Airline Of Jerry Springer Show?

Tue Jul 24, 2001 2:56 pm

The few times I have watched the Jerry Springer Show, I have wondered how those classy people that make it onto the show get to Chicago. Does Jerry fly the people there and pay for their airfare? Is their a particular airline they use? My sympathy goes out to those CSRs and Flight Attendants that come in direct contact with those people, which I'm sure many are first time fliers. Does anyone have any thoughts?

Probably AA or UAL, I'd guess AA because AA is pretty much the exclusive US airline to most celebrities, studios, television networks and advertising agencies.

I'm sure most of those people have never even been on planes before until they board one to go to Springer.

Actually a couple of sisters flew in on America West from CMH. On the way back after the show they formed a raucus on the plane and had to be removed. This was at MDW.

I know guests on Oprah fly AA as it is announced at the end of the show, but Jerry Springer dosen't announce an airline so I guess that they pick the best airfare or the hubbing carrier of the guests hometown.
