Comair's Fleet

Thu Jul 26, 2001 1:33 am

How many EMB-120's does Comair operate? And what versions of the CRJ does it operate? From what I've gathered, they have plenty of -100ER and a few -200. Please correct me if I'm wrong. And they have the -700 on order, right? Thanks.

Comair has disposed of all its EMB-120s. They were among the planes that got cut during the strike. Comair also has the CRJ-440 on option, which is a smaller version of the CRJ.

Comair Air has either 5-6 of the EMBs left, they are used only out of Orlando. During the strike the company said they had gotten rid of them, but immediately after the strike they announced that they hadn't and would continue to use for at least another 6 months.

Note the CRJ440 is a 44-seat variant of the CRJ100/200. Dimensionally it is the same .
