Why Does The "start New Topic" Button Do This...

Mon Jul 30, 2001 7:10 am

Everytime I post somthing whether it's a reply to a post or my own topic starter, and I try to start a new topic afterwards, when I click "start new topic", it brings me back to the page where it shows what I just posted previously and asks if I want to edit it, which in hand prevents me from posting somthing else without restarting my computer. It's like it isn't refreshing itself or somthing... Does this happen to anybody?

It happened all the time when I used AOL, Now I am on CABLEONE.NET and it never does that. I used to think it was Johan's site configurations or something, but I guess not.
