I am writing this message in connection with an academic research survey to understand airline passengers perceptions of digital wallet. This academic research survey is conducted by the University of Cote d’azur, France. The purpose of this survey is to understand how international travellers perceive the values of digital wallet. Furthermore, this study will also examine, which factors significantly influence the passenger’s perceived value of digital wallet and how it leverages the brand image, satisfaction and loyalty of airline passengers.

Businesses are now extending their digital wallet services to airline travellers. For example: to manage boarding pass loyalty programmes.
