How about a country by country list of foreign airlines that fly to the most destinations in X countries?
And no, not counting, for example, Latam Ecuador as a foreign airline in Ecuador, purely foreign only, Cargo only, helicopter and charter ones can be included...(no virtual airlines please }
I'll give you an example:
Argentina-Copa flies to Buenos Aires, Rosario, Cordoba and Mendoza...Latam Chile and Latam Brazil probably fly to many cities in Argentina as well..
Australia-Garuda Indonesia flies to many Australian cities, Air New Zealand too Emirates to 2 or 3 I believe
In the USA it's British Airways I believe, they fly to like 16 cities here...
In Puerto Rico, Jet Blue...I know, I know, but...

Only 13, but many 3-6 times a day. "London" don't know.

I presume that’s at least 14 months old, where’s DUB?

gunnerman wrote:It may depend on your definition of "airline". To me, one AOC = one airline even when one of the airlines is solely marketed by another. Examples:
Air Canada Rouge has its AOC but is marketed solely by Air Canada
BA CityFlyer has its AOC but is marketed solely by British Airways
To answer the question: AC might be the biggest foreign carrier to the US, but someone will have to go through the flights and exclude any which are operated by Air Canada Rouge.

The amount of airports combined in both Cuba and Jamaica is very small in comparison!
PatrickZ80 wrote:Milka wrote:Lufthansa flies to practically every city with an airport in Poland.
As it turns out, Ryanair serves the most airports in Poland (13). Wizzair comes next with 8 and Lufthansa comes third with only 7 destinations in Poland.

Right, but still...
I mean like I said, in Puerto Rico the queen of internationals would have to be Jet Blue, which flies to 3 of their (our) seven airports..

But
You never mentioned Puerto Rico in your original post you were combining the airports in Cuba and Jamaica!
Make up your mind.
Anyway even with JetBlue flying to 'three airports out of seven' on Puerto Rico it comes no where near the amount of flights by Air Canada and British Airways to the USA and is not really worth mentioning.
Cunard wrote:I didn't realise that Air Transat or Sunwings flew to that many Cuban airports, thanks for that.
Cunard wrote:I'm fully aware of how much Canadians love going to Cuba but I was 'initially' surprised about how many airports were served directly by any Canadian airline but looking at it now it doesn't really surprise me but yourself being Canadian it's obviously 'not a huge surprise' to you!

Me too...until recently I loved (only) reading them now i can read and also comment or create them lol
Mexico sees some American airlines on several of their airports so for them I bet it would be either AA, DL or UA. In a few years Copa could top them however, the way they are growing everywhere in Latin America...and Copa also flies to several Peru and Venezuela airports...

This one is hard with all the Copa Flight intermix with Copa Colombia, LATAM Chile with LATAM Colombia and LATAM Peru, then there are those non-Colombia Avianca (i.e. Avianca Ecuador/Avianca Peru).

From Panamá to Colombia, Copa Airlines flies to BOG, MDE, CLO, PEI, BAQ, BGA, CTG and ADZ.

To be fair, the OP did specified something like "LATAM Ecuador is not a foreign airline in Ecuador". In this case, most of those flights from PTY are operated by Copa Airlines Colombia (formerly known as AeroRepublica) IIRC, and Copa Airlines Colombia I would say is not considered a foreign airline in Colombia.
