Has anyone been on a transcontinental/transoceanic flights in a private jet? How has been the experience esp. with passport control, immigration and arrivals?

I have done international private flying.

Landed at FXE (Fort Lauderdale Executive) where the aircraft was met by an immigration official (after landing we taxied over to the US CBP designated point)...all the passports were handed to the official who boarded the aircraft but didn't walk through it. There was no questioning of any of the passengers even though I wasn't a US Citizen (I did include my US Permanent Resident card with the passport). I know that the pilots did have to submit a load of passenger information through some CBP program ahead of time and then this was adjusted to reflect the most accurate arrival date and time much closer to the true departure.

Was very easy and then we taxied over to the FBO and carried on from there.
