here is a pic of short final rw 27 at AMS. Taken by a friend of mine, he fly's a saba 340. He comes to AMS recently and I will ask him to take some nice pics for you.

Nope, those red ones are Northwest dc10 and 747

7 NWA heavies is about the average at AMS.
They fly in about a dozen DC10s and 6 or so 747s a day, every day.
